Jimmy graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Animal Science and then served as a ranch manager for a registered Brangus and commercial cow/calf operation for 26 years. He and his wife Cherrie raise a herd of registered Charolais cattle just outside DeKalb, Texas. Jimmy has a passion for combining technology and ranching to help cattle producers achieve their goals. He has been an active CattleMax user since 2004.
Nathan served with the Texas Cooperative Extension Service and spent time in the ag chemicals business. He and his wife Phyllis own a herd of commercial Brangus cattle in Winters, Texas. Nathan started using CattleMax for his own cattle records in 2006. Continuing his service experience from his time with the Extension Service, Nathan joined CattleMax to be a part of helping other cattle producers become more successful.
Leah is a fourth generation rancher. She and her family own and operate a commercial cow/calf operation near Laramie, Wyoming and raise SimAngus Cattle. Leah has a BS in Animal Science, Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communication from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. She has been using CattleMax since 2006 and enjoys combining her ranching and educational experience to helping cattle producers improve the beef industry.
Kristen was raised on a beef cattle operation, was active in 4H and FFA, and has been showing cattle since the age of 4 continuing through the present. She and her husband Bob along with their son live in Sherman, Illinois. Their primary breed is Lowline Angus (Aberdeen Angus/DNA verified from a closed herd in Australia.) They also raise club show calf animals. Kristen is also active in livestock photography and has work experience in cattle sales and marketing – auction and direct marketing. Kristen is a long time user of CattleMax software and enjoys combining her livestock breeding and marketing experience to help CattleMax users get a better understanding of how CattleMax can improve their cattle operations.
Barb lives in Boerne, Texas on her husband Charlie’s fourth generation family ranch. She has a B.S. degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M university. Barb has worked in many animal health and ag related positions throughout her career. Her family currently has a cow/calf operation of Registered Shorthorns and club calves. A CattleMax user since 2003, Barb enjoys using her teaching and ag background to help other cattle producers get the most from CattleMax.
Ken Lyon toured in the US Navy and went on to have a career in computer programming. He and his wife Becky maintained a herd of commercial Brangus cattle near Tyler, Texas. Ken has used CattleMax since the first version. He combines his computer technology experience and love of cattle ranching to help CattleMax users maximize their cattle operations.
PJ Norskog is a fourth generation rancher from Central Montana. She and her husband, Kelly, raise Angus and Herefords as well as Angus/Hereford cross cattle. PJ has a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science and Pre-Veterinary Medicine from Montana State University. She has a passion for cattle reproduction, and owns and operates her own custom artificial insemination and ultrasound business. PJ is a long time CattleMax user and is committed to helping other users get the most from CattleMax.

Terrell and Penny Miller
Terrell and Penny Miller started CattleMax in 1999. Their areas of expertise combine to create cattle record keeping software that works, and is trusted by cattle producers in over 70 countries.
Terrell has a BA degree in Information and Operations Management, and a MBA – both from Texas A&M University. He focusses on making technology easy to use so cattle producers can get the benefits of herd management software. Keeping their focus on profitable management practices.
Penny has a BS and MS in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University. She grew up on the family farm participating in 4H, FFA, and showing livestock. Her experience and education has allowed her to make an ongoing contribution to keeping CattleMax a valuable herd management tool for cattle producers worldwide.
