Question #1: How many breeding cows do you need to track? If your answer is less than 50, you qualify as a small herd cattle rancher. If more than 50, you will need one of the unlimited herd editions.

Question #2: Do you have commercial or registered cattle?

Question #3: Do you have advanced record-keeping needs that require features such as breed association interface compatibility, ET breeding, pedigrees and marketing tools? If so, the Registered edition is the one you want. Otherwise, the Commercial edition will provide everything you need.
