Upgrades are completely new versions and are developed when there is a tremendous set of new features and enhancements to offer ranches based on customer feedback and suggestions. These upgrades are optional and offered to customers of our previous versions at 1/2 the retail price. You will easily be able to convert your existing records into the new version, and we will be sure to notify all customers when a new upgrade is available.

To help ease concerns of the timing of a new version, we offer a 6-month upgrade protection policy.

If you purchase the current version within 6 months of the release of a new version, you will receive the new version for no charge.

Be sure to request your free upgrade within 90 days of the new version release. After that, you can upgrade for the normal upgrade price.

Updates (such as patches/fixes, etc) to the version you have purchased are provided for no charge for the current version. Updates can be downloaded from our website at any time or can be mailed on CD by request.
