There is not a way to automatically merge separate CattleMax files together into one due to the structure and detail of the files.
If you are just getting started with the software, be aware there is not a way for separate files to ever be automatically merged into one file nor appear on the same reports.
If you run/manage cattle together (such as Commercial and Registered, multiple breeds, etc) you can create one CattleMax file and use record features such as the Category, Comment or a Cattle Group to help distinguish between them in the records and for reports.
We recommend creating separate CattleMax files only if you are certain you want to do this.
