While we make every effort to test equipment from the major manufacturers, our technical support as related to equipment interfaces is limited to the CattleMax software itself.  We are unable to assist with support outside of CattleMax in areas such as Windows device manager, driver installation, or installing software updates.  For assistance in setting up, configuring, or troubleshooting your reader, please contact the equipment manufacturer.
