Knowledge Base Home Error messages and other issues

If the update installation wizard continues to appear when you double-click the CattleMax icon on the desktop, this means that the CattleMax icon, instead of the Desktop, was chosen as the download location of the update.

To correct this problem:

- Re-install the software with a CD. Place the CD into the CD-ROM and follow the on-screen instructions.

- Re-download and install the update, making sure to choose a location to save the file (not the CattleMax icon itself).
