"I have embryos from a donor cow that I don't own and want to add a record for her, but I don't want her showing up on my pasture reports."

To designate a donor cow, check the "Is Donor Cow" box on the cow's General tab (which is only available in Registered Cattle Edition). An Embryo Inv tab will appear for you to maintain her embryo inventory.

If you do not own the donor cow, you can set her status to Reference.
